YGL series vertical coal fired thermal oil heater for industrial use, thermal oil boiler

The organic heat boiler is DC-type special industrial boiler which bases on coal, heavy oil, light oil, combustible gas and other combustible materials as fuel, high temperature oil as heat carrier and produces forced liquid circulation by using circulation oil pump to deliver heat energy to equipment to be heated. The heat transfer oil will return to heating chamber and be re-heated. It is a kind of new energy conversion devices. The most advantage is high-temperature low-pressure (atmospheric pressure or low pressure), smooth running and wide use.
The oil boiler is a closed loop. The outlet oil temperature and the return oil temperature is only 20-30 degrees difference in temperature which means that the return oil can reach applicable temperature 20-30 degrees’ temperature rise after heating.

Main features:

1.The heating surface adopts closely packed tubes, having adequate heating surface, reducing the heat load of the tube surface, high thermal efficiency, and more secure.

2.Adiabatic combustion of fuel in the combustion chamber, easier ignition and more complete combustion to improve the thermal efficiency of the boiler.

3.Reasonable medium flow, oil flows from low inlet to high outlet; gas produced during oil flow is difficult to keep in the boiler to avoid hidden danger.

4. Closely-packed coil tube on boiler roof to better protection boiler roof and void its burnout.

5. Easy installation, no foundation; just need to close the upper body and the lower grate, short installation period.
